2017 Entrepreneur of Excellence Nomination Form

Criteria - Nominees should:
-Currently own and operate a business in the Muskegon lakeshore area

-Have been in business for at least three (3) years

-Have demonstrated growth in sales and number of employees

-Have demonstrated innovation and sustainability

-Be a member of the Muskegon Lakeshore Chamber of Commerce
