Disability Access and Inclusion Plan - Initial Survey

We are developing a Disability Access and Inclusion Plan for 2027 – 2030. The Plan will help to make Warrnambool more welcoming and inclusive for everyone. It is important for the Plan to be shaped by voices of people with a disability, carers and organisations who support our community.

We want to hear about your experiences and ideas to make Warrnambool better for people with a disability.

The personal information requested is being collected by Warrnambool City Council for the purpose of developing the Disability Access and Inclusion Plan 2027 - 2030 and verifying the source of feedback for this survey and to make contact with you about this project if you are seeking feedback. The information collected in this survey will be shared with Council's consultant - CoFutures. It will not be disclosed to any other external party unless permitted under the Information Privacy Principles and Council's Privacy Policy.
