The majority of our rooms are high school classrooms with desks. If you require a specialized classroom space (e.g. art room, band room, drama room, gym, learning commons, etc.) or an offsite location (e.g. fitness centre, park, swimming pool, etc.), we will do our best to accommodate your requests. Our high school venues have SmartBoards in the rooms and internet access. You may be able to connect your laptop to the SmartBoard, but please bring any presentations on a USB memory stick. Stand alone LCD projectors will not be provided.  There is no access to school-owned devices (e.g. laptop carts, Chromebooks). Please indicate if you need participants to bring their own.
