This is your opportunity to tell us what you would like to see at Green Bay Playfield. We are looking for your help in creating a fun and vibrant space. The following survey contains questions and polls where you can vote and rank the improvements.
PROJECT BACKGROUND
Green Bay Playfield is located at 3872 North 8th Street and includes a softball field, tennis courts, play equipment, and a fieldhouse. The playfield, operated and maintained by Milwaukee Recreation, is 2.4 acres of the 5.3-acre parcel of Green Bay Avenue Elementary School.
Based on the 2014 Equity-based Prioritization Model, Green Bay Playfield is ranked as a top priority for renovation. Milwaukee Recreation has hired Site Design Group to help us gather community feedback and redesign the playfield. Community input will take place in 2020 and construction of the playfield is anticipated to start in 2021.
