  2. Discuss that Pediatric anesthesiologisy as a unique speciality with different risk aversion and different priorities compared to adult anesthesiologists.
  3. Describe insight into balancing departmental mission with respect to education, research, clinical care, administration, how the mission has changed, and the vision for the future of Pediatric Anesthesia in Canada.
