Thank you for your interest in nominating someone for the Greater Fort Wayne Business Weekly 2025 Forty Under 40 Awards. This annual event takes place to honor the best and brightest making a difference in Northeast Indiana communities.

Winners are determined by a panel of judges based on merit. Multiple submissions do not increase the chance of your nominee being selected. LATE AND/OR INCOMPLETE NOMINATIONS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. BE SURE TO FILL OUT ALL FIELDS.

Nominations are due by January 1st, 2025 and nominees must not turn 40 years of age prior to March 20th, 2025.
