* 11. The Owen Sound & North Grey Union Public Library (OSNGUPL) will be contacting its partner municipalities to initiate the mandatory five year review of the Union Library Agreement. Meaford currently has a service contract with OSNGUPL whereby, for approximately $117,000 per year, residents of the former Township of Sydenham can use the OSNGUPL at no direct cost. Do you support continuing the current library services contract with the Owen Sound & North Grey Union Public Library?
