London Transit Accessibility Plan 2026-2030

Introduction

Consistent with the requirements of the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA) the London Transit Commission is updating its multi-year Accessibility Plan.

This survey has been designed to allow the public the opportunity to provide input into the update process. Survey respondents will be asked to rank their level of satisfaction with the various accessibility regulations to which LTC must comply. In addition, respondents will be asked to provide any additional feedback with respect to things they feel may be missing from the plan, or things that need to be considered going forward.

The survey is broken down by section of the Integrated Accessibility Regulation and the component pieces to which LTC must comply.

We thank you in advance for your participation in this survey by the end of day Monday November 10, 2025, your feedback will help us to ensure that we are addressing the accessibility priorities of our customers.
