Milford Prevention Coalition Sustainability Survey

This is an urgent 5-minute survey about Milford Prevention Council (MPC). We are grateful for your time to complete this survey.

MPC is funded mainly by a 10-year federal grant. The grant expires in less than 18 months. MPC may be forced to cease operations unless we replace that federal funding through donations by local businesses, corporations, foundations, and individuals. This would leave our community without any proactive focus on substance use prevention among youth. Did you know that:

From 2009 to 2017, MPC’s work helped decrease alcohol use among youth in Milford by 65%
MPC has helped collect more than 3,000 pounds of medications for safe disposal through Drug Take Back Day events in Milford
From 2009 to 2017, MPC’s work helped decrease marijuana use among youth in Milford by 57% -- despite a push for legalization in the state!
