AAP MOC Part 4 Project Request Questionnaire 

Thank you for your interest in submitting a project through the American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP) MOC Portfolio Program. The AAP is an MOC Portfolio Sponsor through the American Board of Pediatrics, which allows us to approve our own activities for MOC credit through an internal process. All projects must have direct oversight from the Academy and meet our application requirements.  We recommend reviewing our FAQ page prior to submitting a Project Request Form or application. 

Please note that we do not approve QI projects that have been completed or are already in progress, unless it is submitted and accepted as part of our National Conference Abstracts process.
