Assessing the Health of the Independent VCS in Sunderland today.

Sunderland’s independent Voluntary Sector, through its innovation and creativity, continues to deliver essential support to individuals, families, and communities throughout the City. As community's purses are further strained & drained it is the Independent Voluntary sector of Sunderland that is, willingly, called on to do even more with even less.

Established by VCAS in 2015 "Taking the Temperature" provide a platform for Sunderland's VCS to report on how they have fared in the previous year. The survey provides VCAS members, and the wider sector, an annual opportunity to reflect & benchmark their progress in the previous year.

The insights you provide help’s VCAS shape its provision for the coming year as its is based directly upon your organisations and community’s needs.

The survey should be based on the financial year 2023/24 and take you no more than 7 minutes to complete. All the information you provide will be held in confidence.

The closing date for responses to the survey is Monday 30th September 2024
