Building heights of four- to seven-stories are appropriate in this area (look how high they are next door in Waverly Hills).

Building heights of four- to five-stories are appropriate in this area (this area should be treated the same as the area governed by Cherrydale Revitalization Plan).

Building heights should not be allowed to increase in this area (the roads and topography in this area can't support increases in building heights).

Residential-only is fine. We have enough retail in and around Cherrydale.

Requiring at least some first-floor retail in each redevelopment is important.

If there is going to be an increase in density, the entire first-floor of any redevelopment should be retail.
