We are approaching three months of working under an expired contract. This is unacceptable.
Our bargaining team has been clear: safe staffing, meaningful raises, and job security are among the top priorities of our nurses. These issues directly affect our working conditions, our ability to provide safe and effective care, and the patients who depend on us every day.
To win a strong contract, we must come together and show management our power. We are only as strong as our participation!
