MNPS Fatherhood Festival Volunteers

Thank you for volunteering to help make this year's MNPS Fatherhood Festival a success. Please complete the form below by select the roles you would be willing to fill. We are asking that all volunteers arrive by 9:30 a.m. on June 9th, 2018 at the entrance to the Vanderbilt Field House at the intersection of Children's Way and 25th Ave. to receive further instructions for the day.

REGISTRATION TABLE – Ensure that all forms and additional handouts are available for parents.

PARKING ASSISTANT – Assist families with identifying available parking and directing them to the registration booth.

MOON BOUNCE MONITORS – Ensure safe use of moon bounces.

LUNCH DISTRIBUTION – Serve sandwiches to families.

WATER AND ICE STATIONS – Refill coolers with water and ice throughout the day. Make sure vendors have water and snacks.

CLEAN UP AND BREAK DOWN - Ensure all trash is thrown into the dumpster and help vendors back to their vehicles.
