Métis community and council members, Métis early childcare educators, and Métis/Ontario Early Learning and Childcare (ELCC) professionals and partners are requested to participate in a survey to inform the future of ELCC for Métis families across Ontario. This is part of a broader engagement initiative that intends to gather a deeper understating of the Métis population, demographics and, social-economic considerations, understand the current trends in childcare, and current policy and regulations in the area of childcare.

DPRA Canada has been contracted by the Métis Nation of Ontario (MNO) to conduct engagement for this initiative. The engagement will focus on gathering information on the ELCC needs in MNO communities. More specifically, data will be collected on the accessibility of services, desired services, and challenges and opportunities for providing services. Findings from the engagements will ultimately inform the ELCC initiatives that the MNO seeks to implement. All the data will be handed over to MNO for ownership, control, access and possession.

This survey will take approximately 5-10 minutes to complete. All responses are anonymous.

If you have questions about the survey, please contact info@dpra.ca.
