Parent Survey

The 21st Century Community Learning Centers program supports the creation of community learning centers that provide academic enrichment opportunities during non-school hours for children. The Ashland County Community District is in the second year of this five-year grant cycle.  The program is beneficial for students providing a safe and fun place to be for those after-school hours when parents might still be working.

This survey has been designed to gather information from parents about after-school options for their children. This data will be utilized if the school district has the opportunity to submit a new application to continue grant funding for the after-school program.  If grant funding was not available, the district could not offer after school programming.
