1. Survey Overview
The Rotary Vision Questionnaire (RVQ) is provided to members of participating clubs in the Club Visioning Session. The Facilitation Team will use this survey as a tool to understand the Club's unique dynamics and how they operate in your club today.
The objective of this questionnaire is to assess the current status of your Club in the general areas of growth and development, including specific aspects of membership, service projects, The Rotary Foundation, fundraising, long-range planning, public relations, and club operations.
The Facilitation Team is much more effective during the vision session by understanding what your club is doing, pursuing, and representing today and how this relates to your community.
Remember...the actual Vision Session will not focus on today...it focuses on the future.
