CDFA is collecting case studies of Tax Credit projects throughout the country. With numerous federal, state, and local programs in operation, tax credits provide a diverse--and sometimes complex--source of development financing. By submitting a case study, you can not only let other development finance professionals read about the great projects you do, but you can also help CDFA research, educate, and advocate tax credit programs.
This 12-item project submission form should take about 10 minutes to complete if you have ready access to the project details (e.g., financing amounts and firms involved). Any individuals with knowledge of a project are encouraged to submit case studies and are welcome to submit multiple entries.
