Super Star Service Award 2020 |
Nomination Deadline is April 1, 2020!
The 1995 the Indiana School Nutrition Association House of Delegates approved a Resolution establishing a prestigious service award for ISNA members. This provides an opportunity for you to nominate someone that goes the extra mile for children, school food service or our association. Nominees should go above and beyond the job responsibilities, promoting school food service, ISNA and SNA. This award is designed to recognize those who love what they do and do it well. This award is based on nominations.
Criteria:
1. Member of ISNA/SNA for at least three (3) years
2. Assisted with at least one ISNA state conference or regional workshop or served on an ISNA board/research committee
3. Plays an active role in promoting the food service program in his/her district
4. Exhibits dedication, support, loyalty and understanding of school food service programs
5. Steps up and goes the “extra mile” towards excellence in their district

The award (plaque and monetary reward) will be presented at the ISNA Annual Conference in November.
