LLWB Gender Equality and Inclusion Awareness Workshop

Women on Board Law Project

LLWB is delighted to share with you the launching of the ‘Women on Board Law’ project, under BINA project and funded by the European Union (EU).
 
This law was drafted by LLWB and advocates for securing a quota of 30% for women in the boards of companies and organizations by 2030, to create more opportunities for women to participate in decision-making processes at the highest levels, leading to the development of gender-sensitive policies and practices.
 
Under this program, LLWB is inviting you to join its Gender Equality and Inclusion Awareness workshop for Civil Society Organizations, about the importance of gender diversity and representativeness among organizations. This workshop will highlight the benefits of having a diverse and inclusive workplace, including sustainable development, transparency, and anti-corruption.
 
The workshop will take place in the Beqaa and North Regions (1 person per organization).

Location and time:

Beqaa Region: January 8 at Massabki Hotel, Chtaura, from 9 am till 12:30 pm

North Region: January 12 at La Plaka, Tripoli, from 9 am till 12:30 pm.
