The MMS organization was developed following the signing of August 2000 Political Accord that would unite the three communities of Gesgapegiag, Gespeg and Listuguj on collected rights-based interests.

A framework agreement between the three communities and the federal and provincial governments was signed in 2012, this said agreement set out, for the first time, a process of negotiation of specific subjects between the Crown and the Mi’qmaq.

This survey allows the Citizen Engagement team to gear up for future community engagement by hearing from you, your feedback and perspectives.
