Marymount Head of School Survey

Dear Members of the Marymount High School community,

This survey has been designed to solicit your views and opinions about school leadership and future opportunities for both Marymount and the next Head of School. The survey seeks to gather thoughts from our Marymount constituencies that will provide useful insight for informing our leadership needs.

Please note that all responses are anonymous and are reported directly to our search professionals, Risa Oganesoff Heersche and Mathew Heersche, at Educational Directions. Members of the search committee will not read individual survey responses. Educational Directions will summarize the survey feedback to the search committee.
