Facilitator Expression of Interest

The City of Rockingham is seeking expressions of interest from experienced art-based facilitators for our Art Explosion school holiday art workshops at the Rockingham Arts Centre.

Expressions of interest are sought from facilitators who have experience working with children to create a dynamic and fun series of art projects designed to build confidence and skills for our young creatives aged six to 18 years.

This program will run during 2025/26 school holidays with a minimum of six participants and a maximum of 12 participants per class.

Please note, minimum number of participants to be no less than six (6), preferred maximum attendance number for one facilitator is 12.

For workshops with more than 12 enrolments, an assistant may be required to join the facilitator, or a second workshop may be booked. Either option is at the discretion of Rockingham Arts Centre (RAC) along with possible renegotiation of the facilitator fee.(Required.)

21.Quote for Services
The City of Rockingham is prepared to pay facilitators based on the NAVA schedule of fees for a small organisation equalling $117.76 per hour of teaching time and one additional hour for preparation and clean up at $80 per hour.

Please calculate your quote based on proposed contact/teaching time, one hour for preparation, clean up, and cost of materials.

An agreement will be forwarded to the successful applicant outlining facilitator and City responsibilities and payment scheduling.
