Bellbridge Structure Plan Survey

In February, we consulted with Bellbridge residents to understand their vision for future land use changes in the town.

Your feedback has influenced the development of a Draft Structure Plan, and now we want to make sure we're heading in the right direction.

The draft plan presents some emerging options for changes to land use planning, which consolidate the feedback we received during our community sessions in February. These options will help shape the final Structure Plan.

HOUSING
1.Do you believe the emerging housing options in the Draft Plan sufficiently meet the needs of Bellbridge, including dwelling types and expansion to accommodate new residents?(Required.)
TOURISM & ECONOMY
2.Do you think the proposed options in the Draft Plan adequately address Tourism and Economy concerns in Bellbridge, such as supporting a permanent commercial centre, attracting investment, and providing tourism infrastructure like short-term accommodation?(Required.)
