MLTAV invites you to register an Expression of Interest in participating in this FREE, dynamic Professional Learning opportunity which will match Beginning teachers of Languages in their first five years of teaching with Accomplished Languages teachers.
Funding is provided to release teachers to attend the MLTAV Conference on Friday 4 May and to have a planning day/collegiate classroom visit in Semester 2, 2018 and Semester 1, 2019.

Through this 18-month Mentoring project, Languages teachers will have the opportunity to:
PARTICIPATE
Participate in quality Professional Learning to update and extend their knowledge and skills of effective Languages teaching, including:

- attending the 2018 MLTAV Conference scheduled for Friday 4 May at the Catholic Leadership Centre, East Melbourne.
NETWORK & COLLABORATE
- Network and Collaborate with other teachers of Languages across Victoria on using the Professional Standards for Accomplished Teaching and Learning of Languages;
- Network and Collaborate with other teachers of Languages across Victoria on using the Professional Standards for Accomplished Teaching and Learning of Languages;
- Be partnered with a mentor/mentee for ongoing collaboration through the 18-months of this project.
CLASSROOM VISITS
Undertake collegiate classroom visits to observe their partner’s teaching and seek feedback / guidance to support further development.

REFLECT ON PROFESSIONAL KNOWLEDGE & DEVELOP SELF- EVALUATION SKILLS
