Data Analysis: Various methods of analyzing numeric (structured) data and textual (unstructured data) using statistical tools and Artificial Intelligence tools to conduct theoretically reliable narrative analysis of the unstructured data.

Managing a Needs Assessment: Various segments of the needs assessment process when a recreation agency chooses to turn over the work to an outside agency, discussing the process including the preparation of a Request For Proposals, budgeting, overseeing and eventually extracting value from the investment in a needs assessment.
