NACDL Case Tracker

Our goal is to create an easy to use database to identify and track cases that are outside the typical scope of federal prosecutions. This can include stretching facts to support an atypical charge or using an uncommon law or interpretation of the law to support a prosecution. We appreciate your feedback on how effective the current Tracker is and how we can improve it.
