Department of Indigenous Cancer Health - Individual Conversation Scheduling

Purpose: During this phase of the Strategic Planning process, we will host individual conversations with key strategic partners via Teams. Use this form to share your availability to meet with our team. Please review your calendar and indicate your top 3 available dates and times. We will schedule 1 hour for you to meet with our team and walk through a set of prepared questions that will help inform the strategic planning process. Our team would prefer to record these meetings for our exclusive internal review. Recordings are confidential and will not be shared outside of our internal RRSG team. However, you may opt out of recording if you prefer.
