The Massachusetts Leadership Academy (MLA) is a 3-day retreat where we gather to develop our personal leadership skills, learn about the mental health movement, and learn how to advocate for change through the power of peer support.

This year we will explore how to bridge gaps between the mental health advocacy community and the physical disability community.  People who identify with both of these groups are encouraged to apply.  By bringing people together across a spectrum of abilities and struggles, we hope to weave a strong web of resources and allies to improve our lives.
