The goal of the Choosing Wisely Champions program is to help expand the Choosing Wisely campaign through positive stories of individual clinicians or teams of clinicians. Champions inspire others so that everyone can apply best practices in their own environments. Thank you for your interest in nominating yourself or a colleague as the AGS's Choosing Wisely Champion.
This survey will allow you to select, and expound upon, characteristics that define a Choosing Wisely Champion.
