This questionnaire is designed to provide basic contact information to Mobility LIVE! for those individuals interested in volunteering for Mobility LIVE! 2015.
Later on, we will send out another questionnaire for the preference selections regarding time slots, sessions and areas of interest, etc.
Volunteers will be schedule in four hour time slots. If you work the minimum required number of hours, you will receive the following:
-A conference pass
-A ticket to attend the reception
-A parking pass
-A box lunch
