September 11, 2021 is the 20th anniversary of the 9/11 Terrorist Attacks. For the opening ceremonies of NOVA's 47th Annual Training Event in Orlando, Florida, we are planning a memorial to commemorate this national trauma, paying tribute to the many lives lost and honoring the crisis responders that provided critical support to those in need 20 years ago.
