Regarding the organization of the Evidence Handbook:
I prefer to see only each rule with a few of the most recent or significant cases commenting on the rule
I prefer to see the rule and most cases commenting on the rule. (Cases that add little because of redundant rule comments and
undistinguishing facts will not be included.)
I prefer to see the rule and all cases, but would like the Handbook divided into two sections: One quick reference section with the rule and a few key cases, and the second section with additional cases commenting on the rule.
