Dear everyone,
We are currently conducting a survey aimed at exploring the working conditions and job satisfaction of foreign workers in Croatia. We sincerely appreciate your interest and the time you invest, as it contributes to better understanding of the working and living conditions of foreign workers in Croatia. This research is conducted by professors and students from the Department of psychology at the Faculty of humanities and social sciences, University of Zagreb (principal investigator: Maja Parmač Kovačić, PhD).
The sole requirement for participation in this study is that you work in Croatia and are not a citizen of the Republic of Croatia. Completing the survey takes about 10-15 minutes. There are no right or wrong answers; we are interested in your attitudes, feelings, and experiences, so please be honest.
Participation in this survey is entirely anonymous which means that we won’t be able to identify you in any way or share your answers with your employer. The collected data will be processed only at the group level and will be used exclusively for research purposes. Your involvement is voluntary, and you may stop filling out the questionnaire at any time. The stress and/or discomfort levels experienced during this research will not exceed those in typical situations, and you will not be exposed to any specific risks. The Ethics Committee of Department of psychology at the Faculty of humanities and social sciences, University of Zagreb has approved the ethic aspects of this research.
