We are NOT taking ayahuasca, this is a vacation trip with a focus on self care and wellness.

$1,000 non-refundable non-transferable deposit required to book. This is NOT refundable or transferable under any circumstance.
Remaining balance due by July 1st, 2026. Remaining balance is not eligible for refund if you cancel after July 15th.

Agenda
Day 1 - August 22nd - Arrive in Bali, pick up from airport to villa, dinner with the group
Day 2 - August 23rd - Breakfast, visit to Taksu Spa for 3 hours of treatment, lunch at spa, and visit to Pyramids of Chi for Sound bath
Day 3 - August 24th - Breathwork and movement session with Simon, breakfast then rest of the day to yourself, optional locally guided shopping trip included
Day 4 - August 25th - Breakfast, visit to Sacred Monkey Forest, lunch, visit to Pura Tirta Empul for water blessing
Day 5 - August 26th - Breathwork and movement session with Simon, breakfast then rest of the day to yourself, optional locally guided shopping trip included
Day 6 - August 27th - Breakfast, day trip to Virgin Beach to enjoy the beach, lunch and snorkeling
Day 7 - August 28th- Early AM hike up Mount Batur volcano (or join group afterwards), breakfast at villa or breakfast packed for volcano, lunch, and visit to Toya Devasya Hot Springs
Day 8 - August 29th - Breathwork and movement session with Simon, breakfast then rest of the day to yourself, optional locally guided shopping trip included
Day 9 - August 30th - FINAL FULL DAY - Breathwork and movement session with Simon, breakfast then rest of the day to yourself, optional locally guided shopping trip included - Evening farewell dinner at local Ubud restaurant
Day 10 - August 31st - Depart villa by 11 AM - transportation to airport only provided

5.Are you interested in a single room or do you plan on sharing with a roommate partner? Shared rooms with single travelers will be assigned based on gender. (Required.)

9.We will stock the villa with snacks and beverages. Please list the snacks and beverages that you prefer. We will do our best to fulfill this request or match with something similar.
10.Are there any activities that are not part of this trip that you already know that you would like to do? We will help coordinate for you on the free days if you would like.
11.I understand that Bali is a country that is not navigable for those with limited mobility. There are many large and uneven stairs at most locations.(Required.)
12.Payment Schedule and Refund Policy
$1,000 non-refundable non-transferable deposit required to book. This is NOT refundable or transferable under any circumstance. Remaining balance due by July 1st, 2026. Remaining balance is not eligible for refund if you cancel after July 15th. You must email your request to cancel and send to info@hummingbirdchurch.com. No reservation will be considered until the company receives the final deposit. Payments must be made via Apple Pay, Zelle, or credit card. A 5% surcharge applies if paying by credit card. Please state that you understand and agree. (Required.)
13.Travel insurance is highly suggested. Many providers offer affordable plans that cover trip costs, cancellation or interruption, and unforeseen events such as illness, injury, or death. Coverage often includes missed flight connections due to weather, baggage delays, travel delays, medical expenses, and emergency assistance. We strongly encourage you to research and compare policies from multiple companies to find the best option for your needs.(Required.)
14.LIABILITY DISCLAIMER: By signing up for the tour, you acknowledge and accept our terms and conditions, including deposit policies, and agree to hold Hummingbird Church and the tour facilitators harmless from liability. Our team has taken great care in planning and coordinating this Bali trip; however, Hummingbird Church and the tour facilitators cannot be held responsible for delays, loss, theft, damage, injury, or other unforeseen issues that may arise during travel.

This includes, but is not limited to, airline schedule changes or missed connections; injury to persons or damage or loss of personal property; added costs resulting from changes in exchange rates, tariffs, or itinerary adjustments; transportation-related issues or vehicle malfunctions; or expenses caused by illness, weather, protests, acts of war or terrorism, quarantine, or other circumstances beyond our control. We are also not responsible for losses resulting from cancellations that fall outside the scope of our stated terms and conditions.

Hummingbird Church reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to remove any participant from the trip whose conduct is disruptive, aggressive, unsafe, or otherwise detrimental to the safety, well-being, or unity of the group, organizers, or facilitators. Such action may be taken at any point during the trip and will be done without entitlement to a refund in order to preserve the safety and integrity of the group.(Required.)
