PRPS - NRPA Annual Conference Scholarship Application
Deadline - Wednesday, May 13

We are excited to announce that PRPS Members can now apply for a scholarship to attend the NRPA Conference in Philadelphia, September 29 - October 1. This event offers valuable connections, resources, and professional development.

Thanks to a Community Conservation Partnership Program Grant from the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, Department of Conservation and Natural Resources, Bureau of Recreation and Conservation, we are offering scholarships at early registration rates for full conference attendance.

* 8 Full Conference Registrations

* 5 Young Professional Registrations (For professionals that are 35 and under who are working at least part-time in the parks and recreation or other related fields.)

* 3 Student Registrations (For full or part-time students studying park and recreation curricula, not employed as a full-time professional in the field.)

Please note that the scholarship covers the registration fee; all other costs associated with attending (meals, lodging, etc) are the responsibility of the applicant. For more information on the NRPA Conference, including registration deadlines and lodging, click here!

Scholarship winners must commit to volunteering during one of the Conference Local Host Committee Events and provide a magazine article, blog post, or testimonial about their experience at the event. If you have questions about applying, please contact the PRPS Office. Thank you!
