Members of the Pathfinders Milwaukee Youth Action Board and Milwaukee's Continuum of Care, have developed this survey to help our community better understand the needs of homeless youth aged 24 and under in Milwaukee.
This survey is for current and past homeless youth that experienced homelessness or unstable housing. 
Your answers are very important to us!  We will use your answers to tell the community how they can help unhoused youth, apply for grant funding to support unhoused youth, and make system changes where needed.
