Providence Academy, along with P2, offers parents (and grandparents) many ways to share their gifts and talents. Please check any area that interests you
School Tours/Open House Helper--I am willing to give tours or help with events for incoming and prospective families.
Food/Baking – called upon occasionally to prepare food for P2 sponsored events
Library Helper – check books in/out, shelving, assisting students, etc.
Elementary Art Helper - help in art room
Screening Day- assisting professionals and or students
Scholarship Dinner and Silent Auction - Needs include: keying in donated items into silent auction software, silent auction procurement team, event set-up committee, technical support to help people bid on phones, silent auction check-out team, and event communication coordinator
Setup/Clean-up team for various events (Grandparents day, Scholarship Dinner, Grand Family Hot Dog Night, etc.)
P2 Group as an Event Assistant - to assist with various events, as well as attend meetings, get to know people, and get involved with PA!
Art Room Garden- help keep our outdoor Art Garden looking beautiful
I would like to help with grounds, facilities, or maintenance work.
Spirit Store--I would love to help in the school spirit wear store!
Physical Exams - Assist with stations which include greet student on arrival, height, weight, and eye chart
Health Week - various needs throughout the week.
Just looking to get involved! Plug me in somewhere :)
