Joint APCC and ACIF Collaboration and Communication Improvements Project

The purpose of this Survey is to determine the key opportunities for improved collaboration and communication in the planning phase of government building construction projects.

Responses will inform the joint APCC and ACIF Project regarding opportunities to improve project success for all sponsors. Your views will assist to prioritise the issues and identify practices that are unhelpful, and which lead to inefficiencies and unnecessary cost when governments contract out building construction works.

The Survey is informed by the following documents: Guide to Successful Project and Asset Delivery and Project Team Integration Workbook.

This Survey is one of three, that together provide a holistic picture across the disciplines in the building construction.
