Welcome to the Survey
Kwanlin Dün First Nation (KDFN) is pleased to present a draft local area plan for the Łu Zil Män (Fish Lake) area near Whitehorse. The draft plan is built upon a shared vision for the Łu Zil Män area to benefit all Yukoners, including future generations.

KDFN is asking Yukoners with an interest in the area to complete this survey. Your responses will be anonymous, and a report summarizing all engagement results will be shared publicly.

This survey can be completed online or on paper; the Draft Plan (or Draft Plan Summary) can be viewed here. Printed copies of the survey are available at KDFN’s Kashgêk’ administration building (35 McIntyre Drive). The survey will close at 11:59 p.m. on March 22, 2026.

After the engagement process is complete, the planning team will review and consider all feedback and prepare a final plan for KDFN Chief and Council to approve.
