The Oregon Health Authority (OHA) is seeking public input related to a notice of material change transaction involving SDB Holdco. Please complete the questions below to share your comments about this transaction. Please submit your comments by Tuesday, August 23, 2022.

This transaction proposes to sell an ownership stake in SDB Holdco to TSG Consumer Partners, a private equity firm. SDB Holdco owns two dental support organizations that provide management and administrative services to dental practices in multiple states, including Oregon.
