Condominium Authority of Ontario (CAO) Survey

The Condominium Authority of Ontario (CAO) is a new organization that aims to improve condominium living by providing services and resources for condo owners, residents and directors.

The CAO would like to hear from owners, directors, managers and any other individuals who have used our information services and/or our online system for filing Condo Returns and Notices of Change.

Your valuable feedback will help the CAO to enhance its services to better serve condominium communities.
