Homestead Community Land Trust and Skyway Coalition in partnership with the Community Land Conservancy, Mithun and Washington Farmland Trust are beginning development of a $36 million initiative to create 50+ permanently affordable homes and 11 acres of community-stewarded greenspace—the first community-led affordable homeownership and greenspace project in Washington State.
