We know a lot has changed since these images were created in 2018. So we need your help…we know that being social, playful, kind and yourself keeps us happy and healthy… so just how does our community do this in 2020??
The information collected here will be used to create a checklist of things people can do to support their mental health. It will also give us a sense of how our community is coping through these challenging times.
