    MH Boxes Eligibility Confirmation

    MH Boxes are designed specifically for adolescent Black girls. Please confirm that the boxes you are ordering will be delivered to recipients who meet this description:
    • Adolescents – Young people in the phase of life between childhood and adulthood, from ages 10 to 19
    • Black girls – Female-identifying individuals who self-identify as Black or are identified as such within their cultural or societal context. This includes both cisgender and transgender Black girls, and recognizes the significance of cultural identity, informed by ancestry, community, and lived experience.
