In 2004, California voters approved Proposition 63, which created the Mental Health Services Act. One component of this act, Community Services and Supports or CSS, pays for mental health programs and services that improve access to underserved populations, bring recovery approaches to current systems, and provide “whatever it takes” services to those mental health consumers most in need.
Tulare County's Department of Mental Health is requesting the community's help in assessing Tulare County community needs. Your participation in the Stakeholder process would be appreciated.
