Mental Health and Resiliency Series - Session 4

The Education Team of the Children, Youth and Families – Addiction and Mental Health Edmonton Zone (AHS) is pleased to offer this free 60 minute informational webinar for parents/caregivers who are looking to strengthen their child’s/adolescent’s ability to thrive through life’s challenges and discover strategies that can help build resiliency and overall family wellness. 

In this online session, we will discuss the importance of play and exploration as an essential part of healthy development in our children and youth.  We will discover how engaging with your child through child directed play can have a significant impact on how you and your child relate with each other, strengthening your relationship and supporting your child's resilience.

Virtual Delivery: We are pleased to offer virtual presentation delivery! We will use Zoom as our online platform, sending out private links to registrants 2 hours prior to the session. For more info on virtual delivery read our info sheet here.

Who can attend: Presentations are open to all adults in the community who want more information for supporting resiliency and well-being in children and adolescents.
