Douglas Resilience Scorecards Survey

The resilience scorecard project uncovers community vulnerabilities to natural hazards and proposes actions for improvement.

By completing this survey, you will help us write a scorecard for your community. This your opportunity to imprint your local voice on the scorecards. Results will only be reported in aggregate to ensure all responses remain anonymous.
