* 9. Cancellation Policy

We understand that life can sometimes get in the way of attending scheduled courses. To maintain fairness and transparency in our operations, we have established the following cancellation policy:

1. Refunds for Missed Classes:
We regret to inform you that there will be no refunds for missed courses/individual classes. Once you have registered for a course, your enrollment is considered final, and we are unable to provide refunds for any classes you are unable to attend.

2. Rescheduling:
To ensure a smooth and effective learning experience, participants must complete their prework and achieve a 69% completion rate in MHFA Connect before attending the live, instructor-led course. Failure to meet this requirement will result in the inability to admit you to the course.

While we will make every effort to enroll you in the next available session, please note that we cannot guarantee a spot will be available. Additionally, please be aware that we do not offer refunds for missed or incomplete participation.

Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

3. Cancellations by the Organizer:
We require 5 participants to run this course, in the unlikely event that we must cancel a course/ class session, you will be notified promptly, and a refund or rescheduling option will be provided to you, at your discretion.

4. Transferability:
If you are unable to attend a course but have a colleague or friend who can take your place, you may transfer your registration to them. Please inform us in advance about this change to update our records.

5. Absence/No-Show Policy:
We encourage all registered participants to attend the courses they sign up for. Failure to attend an entire course/ individual class without prior notice is considered a "no-show." No refunds or rescheduling options will be available for participants who do not attend the entire course/individual class.

Please review this cancellation policy carefully before registering for this course. By registering, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms. If you have any questions or require further clarification, please don't hesitate to contact info@nationaleap.com.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in ensuring the smooth operation of our programming.
