Student Technology Access Form
Students who submit the Student Technology Access Form and indicate they need help accessing their online learning environment to successfully complete the fall semester are eligible to check out an ACC iPad for use throughout the semester. You must be registered for a fall credit course, Adult Education, or Continuing Education course.
If you currently do not have a personal computer, laptop, or tablet to complete your courses in this remote environment we ask that you complete this form.
